1. General

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through mylumea.co, operated by LUMEA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We sell to consumers internationally. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on mylumea.co include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. Your order is confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.

3. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please see our separate Right of Withdrawal page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return the product in its original packaging for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, LED masks showing visible signs of use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Warranty

All products comply with applicable consumer protection laws. EU/EEA customers have a statutory 2-year warranty on all goods. Our products are beauty tools intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mylumea.co, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of LUMEA and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law

For customers within the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
