Is the LED mask safe?
Yes. LUMEA uses low-level LED light therapy (not UV). Our mask is CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. LED light therapy has been studied extensively and is considered safe for home use.

How often should I use it?
We recommend 10-15 minutes per day, 4-5 times per week for the first 4 weeks. After that, 3 times per week to maintain results.

When will I see results?
Most customers notice improved skin texture within 2-3 weeks. Significant results in fine lines and acne typically appear after 4-6 weeks of consistent use.

Which light color should I use?
Red (630nm): Anti-aging, collagen boost, fine lines
Blue (450nm): Acne, breakouts, bacteria
Green (540nm): Calming, redness, pigmentation
Yellow (590nm): Even skin tone, sensitivity
Purple/Cyan/White: Combination benefits

Can I use it with my skincare products?
Yes. Apply your serum or moisturizer first, then use the mask. The LED light helps boost absorption. Do not use with retinol or AHA/BHA immediately before a session.

Is the rose quartz real?
Yes. Our rose quartz is 100% natural, sourced from South African mines with a Certificate of Origin. Each stone has unique natural variations — that's how you know it's real.

Free shipping on all orders over €59. Orders under €59: flat rate €4.90.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, return the product in its original packaging for a full refund. We cover return shipping within Germany.
