How to use it

How long is a session and how often should I use it?

Ten minutes, three times a week, on clean, dry skin, with no make-up and no cream. Put your cream on after the session.

Can I move around the house while I wear it?

Yes. The 2000 mAh battery runs it without a cable and without a socket.

Safety

Does it emit ultraviolet?

No, the mask does not emit ultraviolet.

What do I do with my eyes during a session?

Keep your eyes closed for as long as the mask is on.

Is it a medical device?

No, it is a skincare product for use at home. If your skin is sensitive or you are following a treatment, ask a dermatologist first.

Order, delivery, returns

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free across the UAE, by courier, in two to four working days.

How can I pay?

By card online, or cash on delivery when the parcel arrives. You choose at checkout.

Can I return the product?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving it and you do not have to explain why. We refund the price plus the standard delivery, within 14 days, with no fees held back.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You pay to send it back, unless the product is faulty.

What warranty do I have and how do I write to you?

You have a two-year warranty on the device. Write to us through the form on the contact page and we reply within one working day.
