What we collect
- What you give us — name, delivery address, phone number and email, when you order or write to us.
- What is collected automatically — the pages you visit, your device type and your IP address, through cookies.
Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled by the payment provider.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and to be able to contact you about it.
- To meet our legal obligations: invoices, warranty, returns.
- To understand how the shop is used and, if you agree, to show you relevant ads.
Who else sees it
The platform the shop runs on, the courier, the payment processor and our analytics and advertising providers. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell anyone's data.
Some of these providers process data outside the country you are in. When that happens, we only work with providers that commit by contract to protect it to the same standard.
How long we keep it
Order data, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else, no longer than three years after your last order — after that we delete it.
Your rights
- To find out what data we hold about you and to get a copy.
- To correct it or have it deleted.
- To object to the processing or to have it restricted.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to us through the form on the contact page, or at the email address in the footer, and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
The necessary ones keep your cart and the checkout working and cannot be turned off. The rest only work with your consent, which you can change at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
