Delivery

Free across the UAE, by courier, in two to four working days. You get the tracking number by email, and the courier calls you before arriving.

Payment

Cash on delivery when the parcel arrives, or by card online. The price you see is the final price.

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to change your mind, with no explanation needed. Write to us through the contact form and we send you the steps by email.

Send back the mask, the remote and the cable. You pay the return shipping, unless the product is faulty.

Your money back

We refund the price of the product plus the standard delivery, within 14 days at the latest, by the same method you paid with. If you paid cash on delivery, we ask for a bank account in your name. We hold nothing back.

Warranty

You have a two-year warranty on the device. If it stops working, write to us and we reply within one working day.
